Laura Blumenthal spent the day talking to the shops on Thornbury Road in Osterley. Issues about crime and inconvenient parking for shoppers came up.
Laura raised this with Constable Horton of the local police and she kindly said she'd patrol the shops the next day. Supporting small businesses and high streets is a key priority for her so she was grateful for the time the shopkeepers gave.
The day was finished off with a delicious panini at Park Cafe. Laura looks forward to continuing to support the shops and having a constructive relationship with them.
